become a partner!
Are you looking to financially invest in collective liberation and anti-oppression work across the nonprofit sector? Then our partnership program may be a good fit for you.
Our partnership program is a bit different from traditional types of partnership. We are doing away with transactional relationships that center the donor and exposure, and fostering transformative partnerships that are intentional, relational, and equitable. Our partnerships are customizable and work towards collective liberation.
what a transformative partnership looks like
We collaborate with our partners to co-create custom plans that fit within their budget and that move more resources toward our work.
While we don’t have a set menu of partnership tiers, here’s a sample of what custom partnership plans can look like for various budgets:
$3,000+ — Subsidize a session for one month
All of our program participants pay on a sliding scale, starting at free admission to all of our trainings, workshops, facilitated meetings, and more. You can help us underwrite the costs of BIPOC Link-Up and/or White Caucus.
Benefits of this level of sponsorship may include shoutouts on social media, acknowledgment in sessions, mentions on promotional materials, and more.
$6,000+ — Subsidize a training series or pay for a custom Evolve board training
The Evolve board training is a two-part series designed to shift perspectives and instill new approaches to nonprofit board leadership. You can support this work by subsidizing the series or you may be interested in hosting an in-house board training. Together, we will create a training that is shaped to your needs and rooted in collective justice.
$15,000+ — Subsidize the cost of an Agents of Change cohort
Our Agents of Change program is an eight-week cohort-based series for everyone (though we do center BIPOC), training folks on furthering anti-oppressive practices in the nonprofit sector. You can help us underwrite the costs of this program and keep it accessible to all people of color.
Benefits of this level of partnership may include your company logo on marketing materials, shoutouts on social media, spots for your employees to join and participate, and more.
$20,000+ — Subsidize the cost of anti-oppression cohort training
Our White Caucus cohort is a cohort-based series for white people to take part in anti-oppression work in a way that’s useful rather than destructive or distracting. The cohort curriculum is informed by, and structurally mirrors, that of the Agents of Change cohort. You can underwrite the costs of this program and support this affinity space so that the burdensome expectation on BIPOC to lead antiracism work is minimized.
Benefits of this level of partnership may include your company logo on marketing materials, shoutouts on social media, spots for your employees to join and participate, and more.
